Rejecting my porting service

Dear Sir,
My mobile No: 9975614847 , I have taken the port ID is AZ898961 on 18/10/2011, and applied 02/11/2011 to vodafone prepaid to issue the sim card, Vodafone Executive issued me the sim card and also send me the confirmation message. On 04/11/2011 airtell executive called me and asked me to send message to cancel the port ID if I am satisfied with Airtel. But I want to quit Airtel so I didnt send any message to cancell Port ID. On 04/11/2011 Airtel rejected my port request without my permission. When I called to customer care they told me to send again the port request and do the same procedure again. They have stopped my outgoing calls and messages . I am getting mentally harassed by Airtell and I will go to consumer court and also send legal notice to Airtel for my harassment.
