Dear concern This is inform to you. I purchased 1 pair shoes (25/08/2013)from Relaxi Adarsh Nagar Delhi Outlet. my shoes got manufacture defect so i submit my shoes in adarsh nagar store for 7 days. after that problems comes freequently 4 times i submitt my shoes for repair. but i have not any permanent solution. i again submit shoes 19 dec 2013.store incharge told me it will take approxi 20 days for repair. really i m very disappointed for the same. now the condition relaxo store incharge told me . u can get 50% dic purchase new shoes. now i have no money for purchase new shoes.i want refund or replacement for the same.i already spend my important time and money in this issue. pls help me.
