My Reliance India GSM mobile No. is 9827075932.On 19/02/2014 ,Rs 156 deducted from my balance for 3G data pack activation without any request.I ask to customer care to refund my money and they said it will be refund in 7 days in your account balance.Then we have talk many times to customer care to refund they money,now they are saying there is no request for money refund and they have no any record for such type of complaint.We also talk with senior head-Sushil sharma and they confirm amount will refund till 20 march but still no refund.then we have talk with bhagat bhagaurya with interaction id-3762050454 with still no action taken.Today i have talk Yash Bhagmare,Customare care-Indore,they said after 3 days ,there is no process for refund the money and also they have no any record.While i have raise the complaint just a day after balance deduction. Could you please help me as i am too frustrated with the reliance customer care service followup and balance deduction,I am with Reliance from last 10 years.
