Reliance 3G internet – Disconnected Wrong billing issue

I purchased reliance 3G internet data card dongle under 3 months advance rental scheme on 24th May 2014 from Reliance Web World Jagatpuri Outlet. I paid 2550 rupees in advance for this connection. Ms Rinku who was the reliance representative at the outlet told me that i should use this connection from 1st June 2014, which I did as per her instruction. A month later my connection was disconnected and as per the reliance customer care person the reason was that there was an outstanding amount of 450 rupees on this connection which needs to paid to get this connection working. I reached the reliance Jagatpuri Outlet, where i was told that this is a wrong billing issue and will be corrected. They raised a work request to get this corrected (request no- 222815xxx), which should have got resolved within 2 days. Now the problem is that, even after visiting the outlet 5 times the issue is has not been resolved. Whenever I reach the outlet they say that it will start working by today or there is connectivity issues due to which they are unable to check the request status. They are making these lame excuses from past 5 days to me. I met their outlet manager, Ms Akshita, who told me that it will start working within 1 hour. But again this promise was not fulfilled. My work and time both are getting hampered. I want you take strict action against these people and want my connection to be working as soon as possible. I want my connection to be activated as soon as possible with 3 months of connectivity as committed before purchasing this connection by reliance web world representative.
