My Reliance mobile number is 95094 74789. Name:- Vipul Mehta My balance of RS 130 (approx.) is deducted on 21 aug, 2016 automatically and when I contacted reliance customer care team member through call, he said that it is deducted for gprs service but I had already net balance available in my account then how main balance can deduct.

I had also taken screenshot of the balances that time which I am attaching in this mail. So, please help me to take refund of my account balance. I hope you will resolve my problem as soon as possible.
