i have been using this no since last 4 years, since the last 3 months the 3g service is not working properly. i am having an unlimited connection with a n unlimited talk time and 10 gb 3G data plan. but whenever i check my speed in rourkela . the speed is only 1 to 2 Kbps instead of a minimum of 100 to 300 Kbps which reliance promises. i have been frequently raising complaints and they are just sending a message within 48 hours replying my service request has been processed. This way they are cheating me off my money. every next day they say they are raising a complaint. and after the complaint is resolved i am still in that situation

first the 3g service should show a speed of at least 1Mbps.
