I m customer of Reliance Big TV my long term pack is activated without prior information they stopped 4 channels of cartoon they said that was free not the part of base pack I thought ok then asked how much amount i should pay their customer care person given wrong information i got really tortured 1 whenever u call it takes at least 15 to 20 min sometimes 40 min (I have all recordings) 3 without giving write information they asked 45 rs for cartoon chanels I paid then they started that channel after one day they stopped & saying long back I started movie chanel pack for that chanel before due date i informed to stop the chanel the did it now again they r saying its still on u have to pay then only we will off movie chanel then your cartoon chanel will available 3 its torturing to call customer care it takes 15 to 40 min to connect , they first misguide then call take too long time sir i have all recordings please help me out.
