Dear Sir/Madam I was found a problem in my Big TV on 27/7/14 i was made a complaint on phone few minutes later i solve my problem and call back please don’t send your engineer he said ok we are not send my person and than i ask now you did not charge any rs he said no. Now we did not charge any amount. On 2/8 /14 they cut rs 175 than again i did call them he said yes by mistake we cut rs we refund rs in maximum 3 days and give me complaint no 223324847 now i did many call to them but still they did not refund.

I want my money back and they people should punished
