Reliance Big TV – Cheated by Field Technician

I had registered complaint Reliance Big TV for signal glitch. Technician visited my house and changed a part without asking my consent and debited Rs. 250 from my account which did not solve my problem. On re-registering the problem with customer care they said this is a new problem and i have to pay Rs.175 for new complaint. This has become a new business model for Reliance where they provide faulty service and keep charging you every time.

Problem not solved. Rs.250 deducted without asking me.
