Reliance Big TV – Company not providin service no support by company

I have recharged my Reliance Big TV with an amount of RS 175 on 14th Jan 2014. We are not getting the Signal at all tried calling the call center number multiple time but no response. Finally i was able to get a support person Akbar by dialing the number 18602006666 . He denied taking the complain stating that the Reliance account balance should be greater than 200. There is no document or terms and condition that states to maintain a minimum account of 200 to register a complain. The support person was very rude and abruptly disconnected the call. how can they deny support based on amount i have been there customer for last 2.5 years, and what happens to people who take the basic plan? no support at all and no document which stats that we have to recharge or maintain a minimum balance of Rs 200 to get a support!

Fix the single issue and refund the amount for the last two payment that was made also provide document or a statement from reliance which says that in order to get a support from reliance we will have recharge with minimum amount of 200
