I had purchase Videocon Mobile from Anmol Telecom, Vadodara. on Date 8/8/13. And after 2-3 days of purchase problem occurs in connectivity & videos & images some times. After 1 months problems occurs frequently on daily basis. So I had given it to Videocon service center at Saarthi Communication. 33, Surbhi Avenue, Old Chhani Road, Opp.Essar petrol pump. Vadodara. Mobile no: 9925279848 I given it to repair on 23/11/13, Job No. GUJ0601140113. They had not solving our problems & given us back after 1 month. After getting I continue to face same problem again so I given back for service on 6/1/14. Job No. GUJ2311130037. After continuous phone call to them on Videocon service center & Their help line no. (0124)33660000. they give us saying now problem solve give back us on 25/1/14. Now Same problem continue with mobile. And now battery charging also take longer time as they harm our pieces. And I spend so much money on calling their Service center & Helpline center. Now I am tired as they are not solving problem & just pass time by putting on service. So please help us to solve our problem. Pl. take stronger actions. Thank you. Snehal 9558801xxx

After given for services for 2 times & they took 2.5 moths for it. I made 20-30 call at their service center & Helpline No. So please take action against them so I got new piece of mobile & got proper compensation for my suffering.
