1. Sir My Reliance Big Tv No is 200532216569.On 06/12/14 I recharged my Big Tv for 02 months with the existing pack. 2. On 11/12/14 I found that Reliance Big Tv has replaced My favourite News channel ABN Andhra Jyoti with recently launched ‘T News’. On being enquired, the customer cell of Reliance Big TV responded peculiarly that the TRP of ABN Andhra Jyoti is very low so Reliance Management has taken the decision to replace it and there was a huge demand to broadcast ‘T News’.However they gave me an ID : 4167267981. Even after I made a call to Reliance customer care on 13/12/14 (call was made to one of the supervisors of Reliance Big Tv) , 14/12/14 , 15/12/14. In all the cases I asked the following questions to them : a) I recharged for the existing pack for 02 months,then why was my pack changed without my knowledge ? b) If some of the customers have requested for ‘T’ News then why their wish was imposed on me ? c) Why did you disconnected ABN Andhra News Channel instead of that Reliance could have added an extra Channel ‘T’ News ? d) Will I get my money back for the lapse period of ABN Andhra Jyoti News channel ? e) When will ABN Andra Jyoti be broadcasted and if the disconnection takes a minute then why can’t the resuming of a channel takes so long ? In all of the above questions the answers were very frustrating that they can only forward my request to the management and nothing can be done from their side and whenever the query resolves I will be intimated and no specific date can be told to me.

1. I want that ABN Andhra Jyoti news channel should be resumed at the earliest and a specific date should be intimated to me to resume it. 2. The lapse period of this news channel should be graced/added to my pack so that I can view this channel even after completion of my pack. 3. I want that in future the interest of management wish should not be imposed on the customers as the consumers are the nodal agency of every sector and their wish matters.
