A year ago i have registered on sulekha.com. for that i have paid rs. 18,000/- for a year to get leads. at that time the person with whom i was dealing has blocked my number only because i was calling him for my complaint and for my problem. after completion of year i have not renewed the services. but from sulekha.com i was continuously receiving calls regarding renewal and continue. somehow after 3 months i thought lets give a chance and renewed but this time the amount was rs.12,000/- plus services tax. and i have decided not to make full payment at the start so i paid rs. 5,000/- plus service tax. but again same problem continued. so many time i have called to the person who is dealing with me for my business listing but no response. afterwards i have wrote a mail regarding the next payment and given deadline that if you do not give me proper service than i will stop the payment and they have not given me proper service for a month from i have started. so i have stopped the payment. now again i have wrote the mail about my money refund but they are not responding me. as the money given by me to them is hard earned money. now i am requesting that i want all my money to be refunded of last years i.e. rs. 18,000/- and amount paid in this year also i.e. rs. 5,000/- plus service tax. the person who has contacted me said that the amount you have given that much services will be rendered to you but i said that i don’t want services and do not want to continue with you. i have all the leads details on that we can call and confirm that how many leads were fraud and how many were not? i just want my whole money refunded now.

i want my money back not more than this. total rs. 23,730/- final.
