I am facing Heat issue and severe ear pain for whole day even if I used the iberry Auxus nuclea n1 phone only for few seconds / minutes. Recent days I noticed that when I am start holding the phone to ear some one immediately. I m getting pain, previously the pain starts after 1 or 2 mints. Now Im afraid of my health that Im using this mobile for the past more than a year. So I kindly request the concern official to look into this issue and help the current iberry users and save our lives. And to ensure to avoid this problem in upcoming days with new users. So I can not use this phone further, due to the issue. Please let us know , the handset having the a issue or is the heat issue happens to this particular handset. Please replace the handset without the heat issue or return back the money. As per the Indian Law, all the mobile manufactures should display the SAR value. But Iberry has not displayed the SAR value. Also I want to return this product and get the money back or get the replacement phone which does not have the heat issue. I can not trust this company for replacement. Since the phone design does not have enough heat dissipation provisions, the heat problem will not get solved. On behalf of every Indian, the companies should display the SAR value in the phone packing and specifications and it should meet the real time usage.
