Hi, This is A Durga Prasad father of A kavya sri who have your reliance Big TV connection with smart card no : 200636127800. since two week’s the connection was dead we are unable to use this service and there is no option to update my contact address or phone number other than through your toll free number. The toll free number is a time wasting and I am not able to continue a long conversation because of phone signal problems. I am the oldest customer of your service since 2007 I think. every time we take annual subscription. since 7 years this is my first inconvenience I faced. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
