Sir We have got recharged on 31/07/2014 worth rs 1000/-. Despite recharge we did not have service ( you may have some thing to know this . ). We tried several times on toll free no for non functioning of set top box ( you may have some thing to know this.) . W e were repeatedly been told that due to bad whether signal is poor. We emailed tom urself . We received a massage on 8th oct, 2014 that our complaint had been resolved (so rs 175 is deducted as service charge , though there was no one to attend the com.). On 15 one person from your MR Umesh came ,could not correct the fault . After several phones next day Umeshji replaced the set top box .And at last after two and half month ie. from 31 july to 16 Oct,14 we did not have Reliance Big TV signal despite rs 1000/- recharge. Again on 31-10-14 We have received a massage to recharge before 1/11/14 or service will be suspended Sir , again—- we have received a sms on 31-10-14— ie.- req no. no. 226351274 we have received a sms on 31-10-14— ie.- req no. no. 226353317 we have received a sms on 31-10-14— ie.- req no. no. 226351274 is closed we have received a sms on 31-10-14— ie.- 140/- is credited we have received a sms on 31-10-14— ie.- req no. no. 226353317 is closed. We have not asked for any service apart from due consideration of my complaints which has been e-mailed several times. We donot know how and why request had been generated and closed without resolving the problem and money had been charged. We would like to draw your attention that set top box was not working from 31-07-2014 and it was replaced on 16-10-2014 (rs 500/- was charged).
