My complaint dated 27th April 2014 regarding service disruption has not been addressed till date despite several follow up calls and emails. I have also written to the designated appellate authority and nodal office as published on TRAI website but have not got any response or resolution commitment. My complaint number is:219666618
I am not able to use the service at all since the set top box is faulty and company is not replacing it or giving any commitment to replace. I am not able to use the service even though I have made advance payments to use the same. I am going through mental agony and frustration.
I want the service to be fixed so that I can start using it and amount deducted for service consumption for the downtime to be credited back to my account
