, We had requested for a new Reliance Broadband connection from New Delhi (Mayur Vihar) on 19th Apr through a sales person. Customer Application Form Number 17800034855142. So far we have NOT received the connection. There is no proper response as what exactly the issue is and when is it likely to get resolved. I am deeply annoyed that the team of broadband@relianceada.com simply copy-paste the same message every day with no clue on WHEN the problem is getting resolved.
