I have purchased the Reliance Dongle on 10th of February by Bhandare dealer.He fooled me by providing demo presentation about Reliance Dongle attaching his Dongle to my Tab Computer. He explained very intelligently and technically the speed of Reliance Dongal. I have paid the money for his Dongal. Then he gone outside my home and never visited my home. When I contacted on phone that I have no connectivity of the said Dongal. He said that this is not our fault.You call to customer care of Reliance. When I contacted customer care they say that in your area there may not be connectivity of Reliance Tower. Them I replied that why you are selling this product and fooling the people.They say that we can not do anything.I contacted reliance customer care three to four times but the reply is same. I have made a loss of Rs.2399/- and got nothing.My money gone waste. The Reliance company should refund my money for customer satisfaction. Please look into the matter and take serious action against this so called famous company. Regards. Rajkumar
