HI, I am Vishal Rathi and i have a reliance broadband connection. since may 2014 i have been facing connectivity issues and my net stops working for a week or so every time. I lodge a complaint with reliance and they say they would send a technician and I never had anybody come to my place to check the connection. Recently, on 3rd june 2014 my internet stopped working. I tried to make a call to the toll free reliance no- 180030007xxx and nobody responds most of the time. once in a while i get lucky and they receive the phone. I have made 4 complaints till now and all they said is we have connectivity issues and will send a technician to your place. they technician never came. Then they closed the complaint on their behalf stating that the complaint has been resolved. however, my net didn’t work. so everytime i had to make a new complaint. Finally i got tired and wanted to disconnect the connection. So i went to the office and Mr. Nadeem(Ph-9370011501) told me that he will look into the matter personally and get the connection running.the same day i got my plan changed to the 2Mbps one, which according to him would start working in 72hrs.. he also told me that the connection would start working by the next day and he would send the technician. now there was again no technician at my place. when i tried contacting the technician he had switched off his cell phone. i kept calling mr. nadeem and he didnt respond either. No call backs from his end too. Then Mr. ate et received the phone on Mr. nadeem’s cell. he gave me his no and assured that the net would start working. the net didn’t work. Now that the net works after the technician changed the connection setup, i do not get the required speed for the plan of 2Mbps. i get only 70kbps download speed, which is worse than my old plan. the old plan had less speed and i had to pay less, still the downloading speed was better. so i make a complaint again and Mr. nadeem says that i should stop complaining about the same thing again and again. I talk to customer care rep jayati pathak from mumbai and she says that this is the speed that you ll get. then i had to raise my voice. that when she said that its due to network congestion. if the problem is not resolved by tomorrow pleas call us again.. i mean i have made close to 100 calls to these people and my net connection is still bad. The reliance people do not respond properly and have not rectified my problem yet.
