Reliance Broadband Issues Unresolved by Customer Care

I have a broadband connection from Reliance Broadband. Last Saturday (13th Dec, 2014) it stopped working. I raised several complaints with their customer care team. They closed the complaints w/o confirming with me and w/o fixing the problem. Eventually I escalated it to the customer care supervisor. They could not give me a proper justification for closing the complaints. And finally said it will take 72 hours more to give a proper solution. I asked her to escalate it even further, but she did not cooperate. She was not willing to disclose the registered office address as well.

I want the problem to be fixed permanently. I want them to refund me for the time I have not received any service. I want them to pay me for the other connection I had to purchase. I want them to change their policy to make sure if service is not available for a time period; the customer should not be charged for that period.
