My reliance broadband & Landline connection is dead from 05-05-2014 till date. I many times lodge complaints to customer care centre and appellate authorities but they false assurances. I have booked my e learning system 1400/- Rs package. I do not work on internet my e learning is stop due to non work of internet so also my examination fees is also lapsed 1200/-Rs. and so many work worth 2000/-

I demand 1.immediately repair my internet connection 2.give me timeline when its permanently repair. 3.do not misguide to me. 4.compensation amount 5000/-Rs. 5.5 times waiver of my broadband and landline service service is not working till its restarted.
