Dear Sir, I have applied for new Reliance broadband connection in Lucknow on 28/05/2014. In spite of my constant follow up they are not ready to install new broadband connection nor they are ready to refund the amount. They are taking public money and not providing services and not there grievance cell as well as appellate authority willing to take action and refund my amount. They are too rude in dealing and they feel it is not there obligation to refund the money. Shall I surrender to them and not ask my money. This is complete harassment and I wish as per your judgement they should be levied fine.
