Samsung Fridge Not Working – No Customer Service

We bought a new samsung 345Ltr. double door Fridge. Model no. RT36HD RYASA for Rs. 30500. This fridge became two times faulty in first year of its purchase. Our previous fridge worked well for more than 10 years without any fault and when fault arised we spend Rs 30500 and purchased a new one to not to suffer al these repair tensions. But this new fridge is totally worthless. It seems that it will demand a maintenance of Rs. 2 to 3K every 5 months.

All food kept in fridge decayed. Now we cannot keep our food in fridge for some days untill repair. We have to suffer all this every 4 to 5 months. Our precious time wasted in calling customer care and getting it repaired. What’s the use to us in spending this huge amount on fridge if we have to suffer all these problems. This product is not worthy.

We want a new fridge of different model because it seems that it is a fault with this model series. Or we need our full money back.
