Aircel Mobile Post-Paid to Pre-Paid Conversion

Dear Sir, I have been visiting Aircel office since 19/02/2015, and have deposited money for new prepaid sim, still they have not converted my postpaid connection to prepaid. They are enhancing my bill amount on daily basis. Nobody is responding and they are not picking the call. It has been more than 12 days, still they have not migrated my number to prepaid.

I am unable to use my mobile for any requirement. I want my number to be ported to prepaid and settle my charges honestly, do not inflate bills exponentially.
