I am using Reliance Broadband Thunder combo 749 plan since August 2014 which gives a speed of 2 Mbps. For the past one week i am getting a very low internet speed which is only 90-120 kbps. which is below 1/10 criteria of Trai. sometimes the speed is even lower. This is not a new problem. I have faced the same problems before. Specially during weekends. I have already posted a complaint on customer care, but the matter was not resolved till
now. Please look into the matter else I will complain to TRAI.
