Reliance Broadband – No Installation provided despite full advance payment

I had registered a request for installation of a broadband connection with Reliance in the month of June. A representative had visited and took the installation charges and on month advance bill but since then I’ve been registering complaints and calling them up but there has been no actions from their sides. They had sent me the order acceptance acknowledging the payment on June 4 but there has been no action after that.

I’ve suffered losses in my cousin’s studies and have been using the internet cafe and paying for internet charges there. They have had significant loss in studies due to the absence of the internet. There has been a lot of problem in the business as well as the absence of internet disables us to do any business work.
