Reliance Broadband – Service Not provided properly even After paying

I started using Reliance Broadband from 05-2012. It worked well in initial 6-7 months. Latter every month the internet stopped working for atleast 1 to 2 days. Latter it got worse. I took a plan of download speed of 12 mbps but the speed coming was hardly 700kbps. I complained this number of time to customer care but they always stated that its major problem in network and reliance team is working to resolve this. One day of April 2014, the net stopped working at all. I register a complaint for that as well. Which is still not resolved. My internet worked sometime, though not in committed way, during April-14 to June-14. so I continued paying bill even after my complaint was open. But in july-14 first week, my internet stopped totally. I call customer care to register another complaint and they refused saying that this problem is there in entire india. As my internet was not working properly since last three months, as I was having one trouble ticket open, I didn’t pay the bill came in July and asked customer care to first approve the waiver of three months and make my internet operational. I did not pay the bill as the waiver was of 3 times of the bill they charged. Rather than working on my complaint and make my internet working, they suspended my internet. This is very unethical way of handling customer request. And it shows that reliance is not at all worried about customer satisfaction rather they are only interested in making money by fooling people. By giving me a plan of 12 Mbps they never gave a speed of even 2 Mbps. Also committing 24 hours of trouble ticket resolution time, My complaint is still open and still not resolved since last 3 months. even after paying all bills for internet service which was not proper, this is the behavior I am getting from reliance broadband.

I want reliance to first resolve my problem. Second they have to give me the internet service as per the committed plan which is of 12Mbps speed. Reliance has to compensate for this 4-5 months Trouble I have had and has to give commitment of no such occurrences in future. In terms of Compensation Reliance has to give service for free for specific period of time. Otherwise they will not learn the lesson of keeping customer happy first to run the business. I want reliance to commit that in future if any problem occurs they have to solve it in stipulated time else they will have to pay penalties to customer. I am requesting CORE center to please address this as we as a consumer don’t have any way to raise our voice for dissatisfaction we are getting from service provider even after paying them a huge amount of money every month.
