Reliance Broadband Speed Less than Promised

I bought a reliance broadband. They promised a speed upto 3.1 mbps. I have not been able to get a speed beyond 1 mbps ever forget about 3.1 mbps. Mostly the speed lies around 500-600kbps. When i inquired the customer care rep told me average speed is 200-300kbps. And i should be happy to get 5 times of that. The company is fooling the public, when u say 3.1 mbps we expect speed to be ever able to reach that point. If you are not able to provide that speed put a condition apply mark and specify your conditions. This is a misleading add making fool of public.

People are buying datacards under the promise of a speed that is subjected to ideal behavior and very very rare chance. I paid 2500 for this data card and i am stuck now. They dont have any money back policy. I lost my money, the service is very poor, and i cannot do anything about it.

I want penalty on the company for not informing people that speed is subjected to ideal behavior. They should also tell their average speed is just 200kbps. I want my money to be returned.
