Reliance Broadband – Stopped working worst service

I am writing regarding the poor service of reliance broadband at my place. Its been more than 5 months that i am trying to take care of this issue of no service or poor service for the broadband with reliance and i have tried all possible ways but haven’t got any results. It started in May, when reliance connection stopped working and according to reliance customer care and head office employees, DLC in my area of Sector 21 Panchkula, was down and it took 3 months for them to fix the issue. For all this time company kept making my bills with all kind of charges for late payment fee and all other charges that they can include but never sent me bills for the same. Company reps kept calling me for the bill payment but no one listened me that when there is no service, why should i pay. At last, i got compensation for the some amount and now the same thing has started again after a month again. My connection speed is of 4 MBPS but company is providing me speed of less than 2 MBPS and that too with connection stops working every 3-4 days. Now company reps are calling me again for bill payment of INR 1950 but they have not sent me any bills till yet. Now company has barred my services due to non payment of bills. Today, i registered complaint with customer care about this and according to them all my complaints were sorted out without my knowledge and moreover they have sent me bills. However i have not received any bills at all.

1. I have lost my online work of web development and online consultancy for software usage that I do on O Desk and different websites. 2. I have lost around INR 1,50,000 or more in this time period due to this. 3. This has given me mental harassment.
