Reliance CDMA Net ReCharge Issues

I did Rs 399 recharge for my Reliance network+ Dongle, and Rs10 recharge for balance on 15 Aug 2016. While dongle connected to the pc internet not connected. I contacted customer care 1800 3000 5555 (from my personal no: 9994616803) on the same day before noon. They said one week before itself CDMA stopped, so to access the net – upgrade to 4g, and they said this money will carry forward to new 4g sim. So, I upgraded to 4g sim (Sim no: 8991200044051876686) also as per there advice, but now they refuse to carry forward that amount (Rs 399 & Rs10)

Because of this I am mentally frustrated.. And my time losted by calling customer care,by upgrading sim and also to use this 4g facility I have to upgrade my mobile or need to buy one 4g /LTE tongle which cost around 3000Rs. How they allowed to recharge the CDMA after its closed one week before itself.. And it seems to cheating the customers.

I want my spending Rs 409 (Rs 399 netpack amount + Rs10 balance amount), one LTE dongle to use that 4g sim.. And including court charges if any.
