I misplaced a reliance phone which was my business number. It had bill pending for INR 2400 approx. When I requested Reliance personnel to help me retrieve the same number, they said that they cannot do that. Then I started getting calls from Reliance Collection Agency abt the bill. I told them that I need to retrieve the number and they should help me do so as paying the bill was not an issue. They started calling my wife about the same. Then what they did was without my permission they called my Business Colleagues (which they probably got from my last dialed numbers) and they started telling them that they should call Me and ask me to pay the bill. They called 2 of my business colleagues, father in law and mother in law on November 25th and said that they are calling from the legal department. When I got to know this I called them to explain me the procedure for collections which they refused to do. This has hugely affected my reputation and Reliance have no right to harm my privacy.

They should call all the people they had called to speak about this and apologize to them for their behavior. They should send me a written apology for what they have done. I demand to get a compensation for hurting my Goodwill.
