On Sunday, 15 June 2014 12:08 AM I received Reliance service termination letter from RCOMBB.ServiceTermination@relianceada.com (RCOMBB.ServiceTermination@relianceada.com). Email clearly says that “As requested, termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID 358551171771. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from 02/06/2014.” Till date I did not received refund amount. Its almost an year now. Tried every single option for help from customer support to top management but no proper response.

Refund of complete amount paid to reliance with compensation for pathetic customer care & mental harassment.
