Reliance Communication – Delay Refund False Promise

On the 29th October,2014 I visited Reliance Broadband Office for knowing the broadband plans of Reliance. I met with sales representative Miss. Kiran Sharma. We discussed various plan and I agreed the subscription of 2 Mbps unlimited plan. She told me I have to pay 1298/-(599 installation and 699 advance rent) and I agreed. I request her to install my connection as soon as possible. On the same day evening I called her once again and she sent a technical person. I met with the technical person named Iqbal. Knowing the urgency of my broadband connection requirement, he told me that It is not possible to provide 699 rental plan and I have to pay 1550 (750 rental + Installation charges). However I agreed with the same and made a cheque of 1550 and he assured me that my connection will be installed tomorrow. On the next, I got a call from Reliance Office that due to some problem in line, they are unable to install my connection and they advised me to call sales representative in this regard. I immediately called sales representative. She told me that everything is fine and my connection would be installed as soon as possible. Next four and five days had been passed but my connection still pending, meanwhile your sales representative is not picking up my call. At last I called reliance broadband customer care and surprised to know that they unable to locate my connection because they are unable to find any connection link with mobile number. After knowing this I write a message to sales representative that please cancel my connection and I have cancelled my cheque. However, I was unable to cancel my cheque. A lot of days has been passed and your sales representative was neither answering my calls not replying my message. On 12-Nov-2014, the amount deducted from my bank account. Meanwhile, I got the contact number of the technical person (Iqbal), who came to collect cheque. He once again assured me that my connection will take two more days to be installed. However, my connection did not installed. On 20th November, sales representative suggested me to cancel my connection as they are unable to rectify the cable fault. I requested to do the same. She also told me that it will take 15 days to get my amount refunded through cheque. As I no longer believe on her claim, I asked her to send me the proof of cancellation and she sent me positively but it took 2 more days. Screenshot of same is attached for reference. Meanwhile, I am also communication with reliance customer care through email and very regret to tell you that they have not provide may help. 15 days passed and I called sales representative and she told me that my cheque is ready but it will take few more day to dispatch through courier. 5th Dec till today I called her a lot of time and got only assurance. It is to be noted that I also tried to communicant

Dear Sir, Rs 1550/- is not a very big amount but the my case shows that how big companies are against the basic principal of customer hospitality. They have maintained a lot of system but every one provide assurance, no one really helps. Finally, I want a strong action against Reliance Communication Pvt Ltd .
