Sir i have recharged my cell phone for Reliance 3G 6 .5 GB plan of 180 days ,and after it i recharged for my full talk time recharge of 111 on 18th may 2015 , but today morning i find out my main balance is 5 rs and when i inquired through customer care they told me that it is FRC first recharge , of which u will not get benifit ,and non refundable , so i am saying if you cannot give me services what gives you authority to take my money this is purely illegal , because you are mentioning nothing on your site that it is whether frc or a normal 3 g plan , please refund my money or give me services

i want my money to be refund of both the balances
