With Order no. 49657889, 49657443, 49213345, 49195515 and 49192809. I’ve order five items from ShopCluse.com all the item are shipped through Aramex with tracking IDs: 41311672054, 41311640484, 41311586680, 41311558120, 41311543696 accordingly .. After a long days I don’t get any of those yet.. But the courier site shows that they have delivered the items.. Now ShopCluse told me to speak with Aramex, and Aramex told me that they don’t know anything and told me to speak with ShopCluse.

Either I want those items with in this week, otherwise I want my money back in my bank account…
