On 7 may I act 255 2g plan but on my location my net speed gets slow but at other location net works at good speed. For this issue I call to 198 talk with Customer executive but he is not able to resolve my query so that he forward call to senior executive . He is not also able to resolve the issue and start talking with attitude . I call Ed at 10:45 pm approx After that I go to sleep . But at 11:36 pm some one act 13 rs pack on my no so that my net pack collapsed and my 255 plan get deactivated. I am ex employee of VODAFONE and from last 8-9 yrs I am using net . So that I have knowledge that 2 plans never works at a time . Then why I act the plan if I have 255 unlimited plan. So please resolve my issue . My no is..999231xxxx I thinks their executive act the plan. i wants to know how the 13 rs plan act on my number . and from where i Also forward complaint to appellate.har@idea.adityabirla.com but no got any response . please help me
