Deactivation Dear Sir/Madam, My Self Prakhar Gupta . I am from Ratlam (M.P). I want to say that I had ported my number 85170-8xxxx from reliance postpaid to Videocon prepaid on 13-07-2014 ….and I have already being paid my outstanding amount and extra amount to Reliance company…From 26-08-2014 at 11:00pm my number has been terminated without any information and without any permission…when I called to customer care executive of Videocon telecom , the executive has told me that your number has been terminated by reliance company that’s why we cannot give you the complaint number.and when I had said that we have a Videocon recharge ID 198842051 they had shouted me and disconnected the call. I have attached some proof because the Videocon Employees has told me that your number had never been Came to Videocon circle the number 85170-88888 is already in Reliance only.. When I call to Mr.Milind pandit of Videocon telecom circle they told me that we want NOC from Reliance . And when I called to reliance executive the executive has telling me that your number has been terminated by Videocon company that’s why we cannot give you the complaint number. Plz tell us the reason why my number has been terminated by both the company’s .If u cannot giving me the reason I should approach to consumer court…because my number is an premium number and it’s very important to our business line and our whole circle …we have getting so much loss…we are not communicating to our customer’s and whole circle because of you… when I go to Videocon store in ratlam , the store in charge santosh has told me that we cannot do anything for your number…and specially they told me that you can do whatever you can…. The customer care executive of reliance has told me the same sentence…….when I call to reliance executive Mrs. Ritu Singh of Indore Zone……She told me that sorry we cannot do anything for you…And one thing is that if there is outstanding 174 amout in reliance company why Reliance company had not informed me once…..Mrs. Ritu Singh had told me that reliance had already sends you 4 messages for your un billed amount …….But I surely say that No Call , No message , No E-mail from Reliance Company….Give me the proof if Reliance had sent me the anyone of the conversation…

My number….because i have purchased in 21,000 rupees…….or i want my monney back
