I have requested for hard copy bill for months June and for the months there after on 14th July 2013. My billing date was 19th every month. After waiting till July 18th I had raised another request 206048043 for the hard copy bills. After another 10 days without any bill dispatch, I have called and asked for the Hard copy bill at least for July month on July 30th – reference SR: 206680944.

I needed these bills for re-imbursement with my employer, I could not reimburse June month bill 785.40 and I will be missing deadline which is tomorrow. I need compensation for my loss and also I need hard copy bills from this month.
