I have made full payment of billing amount BUT Reliance Communications has refused to restart my service . My FWP – 3331901200. Relationship No. : 500003082596. amount paid : Rs.701.32, Receipt No: AM48178190. Reliance Pre-Paid Mobile Complaint
Dear sir,
Reliance Communications is cheating me every time. Several time i tried to recharge my number 9015630703 delhi, but it got failed. When i contacted customer care they refused load complain against it and didn’t reply in a helping manner. The retailer had also denier to solve this query. Please take some serious action regarding both i.e reliance and retailer.
