Complaint against Reliance Communication regarding threatening for payment that i have paid already And Also Terminated By Reliance procedure 4 yrs back IMPORTANT Also Attached threatening messages from reliance for single person for three different account IDs…Very Strange ‘ how can one i use 3 different account for same time period for same house its big fraud … for Single connection request you are creating three different User IDs …to simply triple your business….its very shamfull. you people charging me three times for single connection…for what i have already paid. IMPORTANT* Hi, I’m Hrushikesh shinde from Pune, I want to lodge a complaint against Reliance communication for threatening me to pay an amount even if I have closed the connection 4 years ago. My broadband id is BAN A/c : 100000116865493, this broadband connection I have closed in 2010 and I did not get any reimbursement of the deposit i have paid at the time of new connection subscription. Now after 3 years suddenly I’m receiving the sms’s from mobile no. 8750128700 asking to clear the due of the amt Rs. 325 /- , 300/- and 500/- otherwise they will take legal action. I’m getting threatening calls too to to clear my overdue otherwise they will take legal actions. Today I received an sms from mobile saying “after repeated follow ups you have failed to pay Rs. , Hence be present at Pune on for Adv conciliation”. I don’t understand if I have closed my connection in the year 2010 also paid the final amount by clearing all the outstanding and adjusting the some part with my deposit, why I’m getting the calls for payment of the outstanding and this after 3 years. Due above two incidents I have totally lost faith with reliance communication and wont suggest my friends to go for it’s service. I think their maximum revenue is generated by frauding with innocent people and recovering money unethically from them. So I request consumer court to please look in to my complainant and take necessary action against my broadband connection wrong Billing. Thanking You, Hrushikesh shinde 9823269xxx
