We already paid the july bill and are frequently Reliance Tele asked to pay again, we have given the bank statement and cheque details 5 times to the MP nagar office. The cheque details are Bank name State bank of India Cheque number :’298479′ Dated: 04/07/2014 Amount : Rs 562 Land line number 0755-329xxx (Uploading this bank statement) Want to disconnect this number but are not allowed to they are demanding hefty amount of Rs 1651 to disconnect this number although the correct amount should not be more than Rs. 900

I want to disconnect this number and want penalty of Rs 1000 from Reliance for this behavior. I am uploading the bank statement scanned copy with this complaint.
