Reliance communications – Intercom facility not activated

reliance communications provide intercom facility in our society.when flat 41/902 allotted to me on mr.vivek from reliance approached me repeatedly for activating intercom facility in my flat.On 31-03-2014 I submitted requisite document,application form and rs. 500 to mr. vivek.I got a receipt of 500 with CAF NO.17800033942198.He assured that connection will be activated within a week.But still now intercom connection has not been activated.whenever i followup he says it will be done but no result.after some days he said i have been shifted to vashi i cannot help now.i contacted our society maintenance office but they told reliance is not under their scope and I have to individual follow up with reliance.then i contacted. mr. karan who is looking after our society intercom conn now.For last one and half month karan is also giving false assurances..but no result.i had also contacted over toll free no.they are asking for some detail but no complaint no. is generated nor any reliance personnel came for help.I have been frustrated and fed off of requesting vivek and karan. please help me.

I want my intercom facility to be activated as soon as possible
