I have taken a Reliance walky connection from the service provider. Since i have left the telecom circle in which Service were provided., this no was of no use. I have placed a disconnection request along with the payment of Rs. 878/- ( Total amount due upto 03-11-2014). Payment was made wide receipt No DLI/14/FJ 0935232 dated 03-11-2014 to Mr. Rakesh (Mo No-9911891505). Despite of disconnection request, Service Provide is not stopping the billing on the said no despite of the fact that the said No is not in use since June 2014. Executive are threatening to file case against me for the recovery of money.I am receiving numerous calls from service provider to pay outstanding (accrued after my disconnection request). On 23rd January, 2014, i received a call from Mo No. 8467912087. The caller was representing herself as lawyer from Rohini Court. I again told the same facts to her. but instead of solving my problem, she threatened me to file case against me. I am a victim of gross deficiency in service and poor internal management of service provider. Despite of placing a termination request, service provider is charging for the service which i am not using.

To Terminate the aforesaid no, stopping any further billing and waiver of amount accrued after placing the disconnection request.
