I have requested to convert my reliance broadband data card no from postpaid to prepaid but despite several visits to company outlets and online complaints since Sep 2014, company has refused to convert my no from postpaid to prepaid. Complaints no. with dt are 228008111 dt 16-12-2014, 228228557 dt 22-12-2014, 228575584 dt 02-01-2015, 229279984 dt 22-01-2015, 229814148 dt 06-02-2015, 230269960 dt 19-02-2015, dt 25-02-2015. Also mail dt 06-12-2014, 14-12 & 15-12-2014. These above mentioned no. are in my mobile inbox from Reliance & email records are mentioned for your records.

Due to forced use of postpaid plan I have to pay minimum bill amt of Rs. 250+applicable ser. tax or as per usage from Sep 2014 onwards, which is causing me financial loss to me, as if I would not have used the data card which could saved me Rs. 468+281+281+582+365+509=2486/-. also the issue have consumed my valueble time & attention.

I wish to get the data card convert from postpaid to prepaid and refund for all my bills of Rs. 2486/- since I have lodged the complaints. As more than 6 months I have suffered a lot. Kindly save me from this torture of Reliance Communication.
