During the closure of my Reliance Data Card number # Relationship No: 500002556909 RIM No: 7483235236 Amount Due: 701/ Payment was deducted from my citibank account with # Transaction Reference Number : 090080899202702 but time and again I have been harassed by Collections agents even after 4 months of making the payment. I have several times informed the agents that nothing is due from my end and in spite of my humble requests, they keep calling me and also have threatened to take legal actions against me.

I would want Reliance to stop harassing me and pay me the damages for whatever they have done so far. I need Reliance to have a proper customer support in place so that nobody should experience the grievances like I did. I would want that company to be fines heavily so that they focus on Customer Satisfaction and behave like a ethical organization.
