I owe a reliance datacard.

I have already submitted my proofs everything in proper. Even they have debarred my service saying that of negative verification, since the bill post did not receive. I have been paying the bills on time.

The first thing where i got dissatisfaction are :

1)With out intimating me, they have deactivated my service

2) When contacted the customer care, they asked me to visit the nearest web world and resubmitt the documents.

3) I visited the webworld and resubmitted the documents but they still did not activate my service. when i call the customer care they will say that webworld people not updated the same, when i visit the webworld, they will say call the customer care and they are clearly saying that there is no provision of calling the customer care from web world. i need to come back to my house and call them from my data card. finally the customer care is saying to resubmitt the documents once again.

4) I got vexed up. I need to approach the court and fine these people for the inconvenience caused. Can any body suggest me how to file a case on them?

One more thing, i will have to pay the rental for the period when my service is deactivated. This is the funny thing.
