Hi, My Reliance netconnect prepaid dongle no : 9342636140 My core balance is being deducted wrongly, instead of deducting netconnect balance, where I have netconnect balance. When netconnect balance finishes I am unable to connect with the server. This is happening with me for more 15 days and I am going on to recharge the core balance. For example on 9th july : more than 70 rupees had been deducted. On 10th Jule more than 25 rupees deducted. This is going on everyday. Customer care is raising ticket but those are being closed not resolving the actual problem. They are writing in their closing report that No wrong deduction happened. So far the raised tickets are : 222407016, 222335530, 222419134, 222480549, 222344854 I sent mail netconnect.broadband@relianceada.com many times but no one replied. Can anyone resolve the issue: Stop deducting core balance and start deducting netconnect balance. And refund the main balance which was deducted wrongly. Regards, Abhijit Saha Mobile: 89515220XX
