Dear Sir, I purchased symphony air cooler model Diet 50 i from your Reliance Digital store on 27/05/15 ,but as i get at my home i saw after opening that side panel is open slightly and when i start it ,it not cooling,i felt that it may be due to so hot.. But second day also the same thing and then i notice that water pump is not working,slowly slowly fan speed reduces,as move cooler to other room Tyre came out..and many more Very bad and defective product i got.. I want replacement to this and in place of this i want Window Ac..as soon as possible replace this with by giving me window ac.. Replace this with ac so that i further not mail topgportal .gov.in I am also attaching invoice copy so that purchase date will be clear..
