Reliance Digital Big TV – Faulty SetTop Box

I have register complaint for smart card no. 200556 47466, The set top box has been replaced twice on 11th August & 13th August as it do not turn on after initial 30 min of play. This connection is on my father name. On 14th August set top box is again shut off and I gave complaint on 15th August 2016, complaint id “2490629531”. within 2 working days engineer will come and replace the set top box without any charges this is what inform to me, till 19th August 2016, no body came and no one called too, hence on 19th August 2016 at 4:23 pm I called customer care, First Executive Mr. Prathamesh, said case is closed due to no set top box is available with them, and when i asked him to tell me my account balance, he do not know what is my account balance, he said you remember your own account balance, how can a consumer remember their own account balance of smart card as they sell packages for viewing the Channels ???

I ask him to initiate the refund or get me his Sr. to talk too, he hung up the call. at 4:28 pm I immediately call back, customer care exec. Ms. Nilam said, on your complaint no. 2489606251, due to non availability of set top boxes this case registered on 15th August is closed (How can unresolved issue /case is closed ?? and when and who will inform it to consumer, that the case status by Reliance degital TV is closed ) I told her its fine, now process refund then she said sorry sir, you have to write an email to “customercare@reliancedegitaltv.com” our back end team will call post or within 7 days ? within 7 days is understood, what is post 7 days ??? I got Reply on my email to customercare@reliancedigitaltv.com, from Ms. Smita Wadkar reference number T2016081903W9S010Z2541241, she opologise and said engineer will come, I requested simple terminate the service and refund the balance amount. then other customer care office reply sying they can not refund on surrender the connection on 20th August again new complaint is launch by my father which is still un resolved, complaint id 2490629531.

We want our Balance money back which are there in smart card no.: 20055647466, lying inside the same faulty set top box since 9th August 2016. and we would like to terminate this service from Reliance Big TV / Digital TV, which we have clearly inform in email to them, by providing the existing balance in smart card they are free to terminate and take their equipment back which are installed at our premises in the year 2009. on which there is still no reply from Reliance Digital TV Customer care team. please find the attached email communication in PDF format
